Shipping times vary depending on your location. Because all our toys are carefully selected and sourced from around the world, please allow:
- US orders: 7-15 business days
- Overseas / International orders: 10-20 business days
These are estimated delivery times and may vary based on customs processing, local postal services, or high demand periods.

Yes! Every order is shipped in a sturdy, protective package to ensure it arrives safely.
If you order a bundle, you’ll also receive a specially designed brochure that showcases our toys along with detailed information about the specific breed.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! International orders usually take 10-20 business days. We provide free international shipping on all orders over $100.
Please note that customers may be responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by their local authorities.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel your order. We’ll do our best to cancel it before it ships.
Because we ship our orders quickly, in some cases we may not be able to cancel once processing has started. Orders already in transit cannot be canceled.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or credit, provided the item is returned in its original packaging, in perfectly new, untouched, and resellable condition.
Important Note on Bundles:
Because our bundle orders include specially designed brochures and curated selections, we do not accept returns on bundles. However, if any item in your bundle arrives damaged or with a manufacturing flaw, we will happily offer an exchange.
Once we receive your returned item, we will refund the cost of the product (excluding the original shipping fee). You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed after we receive the item.
